One thing at a time
When you've loads of stuff on your mind, like deadlines or bills to pay, it's hard to think straight. There are so many things to do, but you find yourself achieving nothing.
It's important to make life as simple for yourself as possible. Separate your tasks into logical steps and write them down. When you have a definitive list it's easier to take action. It's also very therapeutic to be able to tick something off as it's done.
Don't try and do everything at once, prioritise your tasks, learn to delegate and set yourself an achievable target everyday. Be realistic and don't beat yourself up over problems outside of your control.
